The nature and extent of these services may vary depending on the specific needs and requirements of each User.
Sanso is intended strictly for professional use. By using the platform, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and are utilizing the platform for professional, and not personal, purposes.
To access Sanso, Users must create an account and provide accurate and complete registration details, including but not limited to, their full name, email address, company details, and phone number. Certain Users may be required to grant restricted access to their ERP, CRM, or bank accounts to enable specific integrations and functionalities of the platform.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of Sanso. Users shall not, under any circumstances:
Engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading financial activities using the platform;
Share or transfer account credentials to unauthorized third parties;
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading financial data;
Misuse or manipulate automation tools for the purpose of altering financial records in an unlawful or unethical manner.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial data they input into the platform. Sanso shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the User’s failure to comply with these obligations.
4. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION, AND TERMINATION
Sanso is a paid service that operates under a subscription-based model, or a one-time fee for custom integrations and workflows services. Users may select between monthly or yearly subscription plans.
Payments for Sanso’s services shall be processed through Stripe or bank transfers. Subscription fees shall be charged in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled by the User prior to the renewal date. There is no long-term commitment, and Users may cancel their subscription at any time before renewal.
Sanso reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s access to the platform under the following circumstances:
Non-payment of subscription or service fees;
Violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
Misuse of the platform, including unauthorized automation or data manipulation.
Users may request to close their accounts at any time by contacting hello@sanso.ai.
5. DATA COLLECTION, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY
By using Sanso, Users acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of their personal and financial data as necessary to provide the services. The types of data collected may include, but are not limited to:
Account details (name, email, company name, phone number);
Financial data (invoices, expenses, revenue, client and supplier data);
Usage data (User interactions with the platform).
Sanso implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure access control, to protect User data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
Sanso may share data with third-party service providers, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Stripe, HubSpot, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, for the purpose of platform analytics, payment processing, customer relationship management, and AI-powered functionalities. Data shared with third parties shall be handled in accordance with Sanso’s Privacy Policy.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in and to the Sanso platform, including but not limited to its software, design, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, shall remain the exclusive property of Sanso. Users retain ownership of their financial data uploaded to the platform. However, Sanso reserves the right to analyze anonymized data to improve its services, develop insights, and enhance platform functionality.
Users may export, reuse, and modify reports generated by Sanso without restriction.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sanso provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While Sanso strives to ensure the accuracy of the financial insights generated through its platform, Users acknowledge that such insights are dependent on the accuracy of the data provided and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanso disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from incorrect data input or misinterpretation of generated insights.
Sanso shall not be liable for any downtime or service outages. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure platform availability, Sanso does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Sanso shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
